Child Support Recipient’s Duty
to Account

It's a trick title:  there is no duty to account.  Parents who receive child support have no obligation to account for how they spend funds received as child support are spent.  In re: Marriage of Williams. 316 Ill.App. 6, 44 N.E.2d 63 (3d Dist., 1942).
