2. Sign the papers. You and your spouse will receive your complete divorce papers digitally, Review and sign them on your smart device. The signed papers come back to me for filing.
3. Forward the Filing Fee. Our service does not include court costs.
4. Show Up In Court and Get Divorced. I'll meet you in court (your spouse is excused from attending). Court takes about 5 minutes. You'll answer my questions (about 20 questions -- every answer is "yes"). You walk out divorced.
Quick Online Divorce (Illinois)
If you or your spouse reside in Illinois and you agree on everything -- or if you reside in Illinois and can't locate your spouse -- you can be divorced in a few weeks for $500 + court costs.
