Modify Parenting Schedule: $1,000.
In Illinois, a Parenting Schedule may be modified anytime the modification would serve the best interests of the child(ren). It's not hard to do. It costs $500 + any court costs.
have a copy of your current Parenting Agreement or Allocation Judgment and any orders that have modified it;
have a reason why you want to modify the parenting schedule;
have a proposed modified parenting schedule;
pay a filing fee, if required (most courts do not charge for modifications, but some do);
show up in court ONE time (your spouse is excused).
Everything but the court visit is done online -- even signatures -- no office visits.
pay a single, flat-rate fee;
get customized papers and proposed agreement;
get answers to all your questions;
have free access to legal advice and guidance from me;
be represented in court by a lawyer from my law firm.
spend a lot of money;
be forced into a cookie-cutter, form agreement;
be left with unanswered questions;
be turned away when you need help or advice.
Four Easy Steps:
1. Complete the Online Questionnaire. Answer our secure, confidential, online questionnaire at your convenience. It's simple: birth dates, date and place of marriage, how to divide the property, etc. Most folks are done in about 20 minutes. Questions? Just call — we're here to help.
2. Sign the papers. You and your spouse will receive an e-mailed link to the divorce papers. You sign on your phone. The signed papers come back to me for filing.
3. Forward the Filing Fee, if required. Our service does not include court costs.
4. Show Up In Court to Modify your Parenting Schedule. If we can reach an agreement with the other parent, I'll take care of all the court appearances. If we cannot reach an agreement, you will have to make some time to modify the schedule, but I'll be with you every step of the way.
