Modify Parenting Schedule: $1,000.

In Illinois, a Parenting Schedule may be modified anytime the modification would serve the best interests of the child(ren). It's not hard to do. It costs $500 + any court costs.

You must:

have a copy of your current Parenting Agreement or Allocation Judgment and any orders that have modified it;
have a reason why you want to modify the parenting schedule;
have a proposed modified parenting schedule;
pay a filing fee, if required (most courts do not charge for modifications, but some do);
show up in court ONE time (your spouse is excused).

Four Easy Steps:

2. Sign the papers. You and your spouse will receive an e-mailed link to the divorce papers. You sign on your phone. The signed papers come back to me for filing.

3. Forward the Filing Fee, if required. Our service does not include court costs.

4. Show Up In Court to Modify your Parenting Schedule. If we can reach an agreement with the other parent, I'll take care of all the court appearances. If we cannot reach an agreement, you will have to make some time to modify the schedule, but I'll be with you every step of the way.
