Four Easy Steps:

1.  Complete the Online Questionnaire.  Answer our secure, confidential, online questionnaire at your convenience.  It's simple:  birth dates, date and place of marriage, how to divide the property, etc.  Most folks are done in about 20 minutes. Questions?  Just call — we're here to help.  

2.  Sign the papers.  You and your spouse will receive your complete divorce papers  digitally,   Review and sign them on your smart device.  The signed papers come back to me for filing.

3.  Forward the Filing Fee.  Our service does not include court costs.  

4.  Show Up In Court and Get Divorced.   I'll meet you in court (your spouse is excused from attending).  Court takes about 5 minutes.  You'll answer my questions (about 20 questions -- every answer is "yes").  You walk out divorced.
